Fungal Growth near an A/C unit

There was some fungal growth happening around their A/C unit, this happens because when it is hot and humid there is moisture in the air, as soon as the unit kicks on it starts to turn the moisture in the air into condensation. This condensation if not wiped down can turn into a feeding ground for fungal growth. We went to go clean-up the fungal growth, after we used our anti-microbial we came in and painted the area with anti-fungal growth paint.
