The house fire was caused by an appliance, a clothing dryer in particular. This happened as a result of the appliance being clogged up by clothing lint. When using your dryer you need to make it a habit to remove all the lint from the lint trap and make sure that your hose is properly hooked on to the wall adapter. Also, a good thing to remember when dealing with dryers in your home you need to have your exhaust vent cleaned thoroughly. The drywall on the ceilings and the walls were removed and the structure was clean. The customer was pleased with the results.
